Addressing Teachers and Staff at Inner City Schools About Creating A Positive and Efficient Learning Environment for Students.  Discuss the stresses students have about their teachers, their environment, and home:  Teachers and everyone else think they know what’s best for us when they don’t, because they never ask us for our input and they are always making decisions for us. Decisions that don’t correspond to our needs. We don’t have a voice.  Our home and environment isn’t appealing and is poor. We attend schools that are poor so why should we be inspired to learn? When we leave out of our homes we are faced with abandoned homes, buildings, violence and lots of trash. When we leave school, we see abandoned homes, buildings, violence and lots of trash. Unapologetically Black Queen , the school he attends could be a major factor in his behavior. It may not necessarily be him. Most educational institutions don't meet the need of the students but rather make the students tend to their needs of making their job easier. Which is not right, because the students are the reason they are employed. Just like in business, customers are the reason employees have a job. When we learn, we don't learn what works best for us, but what works best for our teachers. Us males including females aren't going to be receptive to educators who can't resonate with us. Each student have different learning styles and which means there have to be a different approach, especially one that inspires them to behave and learn. How can consider yourself a great parent, leader or role model, man and or woman, when you allow people to poison the minds of your little ones and you glorify them? You praise and award them?  You are deliberately collaborating with our oppressors plans of destroying our culture by shining light on those who are encouraging your daughter to grow up to be a sex slave for material possessions that have no value and who are encouraging your son to grow up and violate the rights of other men and their families, just so they can shine with someone else’s prized

At Times When You Know a Woman is Vulnerable, Don't Play on Her Weakness. Instead, Show Empty. Love Her & Guide Her.  Ladies when you begin to feel an emotional disconnection, you have to develop enough self discipline to give you time to heal. At this state you are emotionally needy and your emotions may have taken place of your intelligence. You may be subjected to try anything to numb the pain.  When you are at your lowest, there will be men who will play on your emotions in order to sleep with you, creating more damage than has already been done. They will approach you with sweet talks, ask to take you out for dinner and drinks, and to be invited to your place. When they do, decline. Also, your girlfriends may try to get you to date a guy who they deem is a good fit for you. Decline. Remember, you are trying to heal yourself. You aren't ready to be dating. As we prepare for the Holiday Season, lets also prepare to be generous and empathic towards those who will be experiencing #Depression. Depression and thoughts of #Suicide are high around this time of year.  Our women will become more emotional and vulnerable, due to the absence of a loved one or the absence of a good male mate in the home. Especially closer to the holiday season. They will start to break down when they see full families come together for gatherings. They will turn to social media and television, and instantly develop a sense of jealousy when they see happy couples. They then will become more upset and turn to drugs and alcohol to numb the pain, which could possibly lead to suicide because they aren't able to find someone to love them and their family the way other women and their family are being loved.  Our women, will become emotionally needy, which isn't good because their emotions will take place of their intelligence, allowing a man who's not good for
