You should challenge your persons of interest before making them comfortable in your life. You should challenge them to see how well they conduct themselves when they are not in your presence, as well as, see how well they handle certain situations that test their loyalty, trust and commitment. Reason being, your persons of interest not only represent themselves, but you, your family, your organizations and so forth. No need to bring along individuals who do not represent you, your family and your business well. "I've tested many persons of interest and they have all failed based on how they conduct themselves when they are not in my presence and on social media, etc. They have misrepresented me, my family, my organizations, my colleagues and so forth.
