A Healthy Lifestyle

I moved to fast, now I'm dizzy and need a grasp of breath. I rushed into a situation I wasn't prepared for and I can't stay still, I almost fell. I held on to the rail to keep me stable. I got a feeling inside me that told me I should have stretched and prepared first. So I caught cramps in my leg and it's stopping me from moving forward. I need water, a massage and and I need to stretch them. I want to proceed in the direction I'm going but I want to be fully prepared and I want to let go of the candy, soft drinks, and high saturated foods. I want to be in a healthy condition so I can be the best that I can be. As a man it's okay for me to back down from challenges, every fight isn't a good fight and sometimes backing down turns out to be the best thing for me and "Plan Before I Act" should be my number one lesson in life regarding important decision making.
