There's NO such thing as having /owning your OWN house. As long as you have to pay "Property Tax", you don't own it.  Don't take pride in having everything in your own name. The more stuff you have in your name, the more stuff someone will be able to take from you. For instance, in a law suite. Get everything out of your name is the game. #OwnThyself Jameel Davis 

Consumer debt is VERY BAD for you; Credit Cards, Auto Loans, PayDay Loans... If you have to use credit cards to buy something, you don't need it. Credit Cards and Auto Loans do not boost your credit score. If you want good credit, take out property loans and business loans. That's good leverage right there.  What I'm saying is, don't spend your life living off credit. Have your money work for you, so you won't have to live off anyone else's. #OwnThyself Jameel Davis
