BE OF SERVICE TO OTHERS
I'd like to share a testimony. Not for recognition or rewards, but for you to see what kind of heart I have and to see how tithes can be paid outside of a spiritual institution:
At approximately 3:30am, as I was walking into the Waffle House with my cousin and her friend in Columbus, Georgia, an older Caucasian guy, whom from my eyes appeared to be in need of food was sitting on the curb outside the Waffle House. As my cousin and her friend proceeded into the restaurant, I approached the gentleman and asked, "Are You Hungry? Do You Want Some Food?" and he replied, "sure." I ordered him his food of choice and blessed him with an early breakfast.
The creator places people and situations before you to see how you would react to them. To see if you are all talk or really about your word. The spirit of the creator operates within those of need as well and how you treat his creations is how he chooses to treat you.
Though I'm far from religious, but deeply spiritual, I pay my tithes by being of service to his creations. You must know that tithes don't have to be paid in a collection plate, but just by doing good deeds for others.
Make it your duty to add value to those you come in contact with continuously and unconditionally.
