YOU DON'T RECEIVE CALL BACKS FROM EMPLOYERS BECAUSE YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES ARE MESSY.
When employers conduct background checks, they aren't just running civil and criminal checks, they look at employment history as well as how you carry yourself on social media sites. They don't want you misrepresenting their company nor destroying their brand because of your poor online behavior. So they won't waste their time calling you back.
Even if your accounts are private, many companies still have access to your accounts because they pay for the release of your information.
So be mindful of what you post on social media and go back and clean up the stuff that misrepresents you.
