Cross Mentorship is Effective, seeing as guys are more interested in what women have to say and girls are more interested in what men have to say. 


There are many guys who have a mother but don't have that nurturing support from their mother. There are many girls with a mother but don't have a father figure. Being a mentor doesn't mean you have to be paired up with a youth from the same gender as you. 

As a mentor to many protégés of all demographics, the young ladies are most engaged with my discussions and activities. They all love me because I've given them something their mother and their absent father can't.

          After doing my research on Camilia Terry, I came up with an opinion of my own. First thing, for those of you who say you would have beaten her behind and what not, you would have been in jail as well.
