IF ALL THE ANSWERS WERE IN ONE BOOK
If all the answers were in one book, there wouldn't be a library filled with the works of Authors, there wouldn't be more than one bible, or if all the answers were in one person, there wouldn't be over 4200 religions in the world.
Like, the bible says "No Sex Before Marriage" and don't commit adultery," but it tells that some men had several wives. But today it's considered to be wrong for them to have more than one. Tables have turned pointing the finger at man for what was his right some odd something years ago.
During the nineteenth Dynasty in Egypt, a Queen by the name of "Nefertari" was in power with "Ramesses the Great." She was one of many wives, but continued to remain one of his favorites.
Today, some consider their Pastors, Reverends, and Fathers as being Kings of the Village, and I bet my last dollar, many of them aren't just conducting bible studies on Wednesdays, are not actually "getting over the hump" but getting their hump on with Sisters X, Y, and Z who need special prayer/healing and those who are married to brothers A, B, and C. They must have their many wives like the men in the bible had and the Kings of the past, but secretly because times have changed and the book have been revised.
Could you really put all your faith in the so called Kings of the Villages who are sexually assaulting youth of the church, especially young boys? Does the bible says it's okay for them to do that? I'm sure the law doesn't apply.
I'm not encouraging any man to go an marry several wives, however, I'm encouraging individuals to conduct their research and to think for themselves instead of putting all their faith and beliefs into a subject or individual who are aiding in the destruction of the people.
Some individuals and books, like the Bible is designed to confuse you. Trying to follow every aspect of it will find you overwhelmed and lost. Well, Shakespeare will do that to you. Have you believing one thing, then introduce another thing, twist that thing, have you contradicting another thing, that have you worried about one thing, and pulling your hair out about the first thing. Yeah, out right confusing right?
Well, it's important that you pick out information in books and out of people that make sense to you and that are of an importance to you. What work for others, may not work for you, if so we all would be just alike and there would only be one book. It's important that we learn to think for ourselves and not let others think for us, for it is our own life and we should live it how we want to live it, not based on others faulty beliefs, ideas or actions.
Like me, I think for myself and live according to what I believe is true for me to do, not what one book, individual, religious leader, or group of people believe is true for me to do, because what works for them, doesn't work for me.
