LIFE OF A MOTIVATED MAN

I have eliminated hatred, envy, jealousy, selfishness, and cynicism, by developing love for all humanity, because I know that a negative attitude toward others can never bring me success.  I have caused others to believe in me, because I believe in them, and in myself. 

I've learned that in order to be happy in a relationship, you have to spend majority of the time making yourself better instead of focusing more of your thoughts on the other person. The better you become, the better your partner will become. And if your partner can't change without you mentioning anything, then the relationship will fall apart. After my time a part from my past relationship, I spent my time bettering myself as an individual before being involved with anyone. Once I reached the point of self happiness, I was able to help someone else become happy. I hope this advice helps you.

It's Time To Mind Your Own Business: Have you been working hard and making everyone else rich? Early in life, most people are programmed to mind other people's businesses and make other people rich. It begins innocently enough with words of advice such as these: 1.) "Go to school and get good grades, so you can find a safe, secure job with good pay and excellent benefits." 2.) "Work hard so you can buy the home of your dreams. After all, your home is an asset and it is your most important investment. " 3.) "Having a large mortgage is good because the government gives you a tax deduction for your interest payments." 4.) "Buy now, pay later," or "Low down, easy monthly payments." Or "Come in and save money." People who blindly follow these words of advice often become: 1. Employees, making their bosses and    owners richer. 2. Debtors, making banks and money lendors rich. 3. Taxpayers, making the government rich

I'm just a #Determined, #Dedicated and #Persistent young man who's dreams are coming true. I didn't make it this far on luck 🍀, most people depend on luck that's why they gamble at casinos and play the lottery. Years of #Blood, #Sweat and #Tears got me to where I am today. So I say to myself on this trip ✈ to #Louisiana "You don't need luck, just be yourself like you have always been"

I'm at the point in my life where short term goals don't matter as much to me anymore. I've already accomplished them all. My long term financial planning is already set and I'm currently focusing on my midterm goals and midterm financial planning. I realized that I will reward myself in the long run instead of the present moment.  I reduced my spending and expenses, so that I can create stronger assets. Party on my people, I'll sit back and watch. I'll join you after my goals have been accomplished.

There's nothing wrong with spending your own money, but how many of you have planned for the long run? Long term care, Healthcare, Children's Education, Retirement, Leaving years of money back for your family once you have left earth, etc. Drop these Liabilities and Purchase Assets!  Get your financial education and get on the road to financial freedom. Jordans and Lebrons are liabilities if your asset column isn't purchasing them for you. Jordan's and LeBron's are assets to Jordan and Lebron. When you purchase them, you make them richer. What is your business? What can you create so people could pay you for purchasing your product or services?
