If I Were to Leave Earth 🌍 🌥👼🏽 Today, 1.) Preserve My Organs for My Family and Friends.  2.) Put me in a wooden box; no need to spend thousands on a casket that people will only see once. Give the rest of the money to my family and friends that are investing into their future.   3.) No Bible Scriptures Read, No Pastors Preaching. Utilize that time for people to share their memories of me with my friends and loved ones.   4.) No Organ Music or Sad Music: Play some classical music or smooth Jazz (Kenny G)  5.) I try to block all negative energy coming my way; a negative post, I unfollow it, a negative person, I'm removing myself from them, a negative text, I'm deleting it.  You must prevent negative energy from clouding your mind. You don't want it to distract you from focusing on your true desires and purpose.  There's going to be people that create waves of negative energy and who will try to cover your happiness with it, to bring you down to a level of discomfort just as they are. If they are mad/angry with you, they have allowed their emotions to control their thoughts. So let them be. They have a problem with their self, not you. One shouldn't allow their emotions to make decisions for them.  Surround yourself with people who have good energy and who don't spend their time bringing others down, but lifting them up.  - Jameel Davis

If he/she is willing to cater to the needs and desires of the empire, why resist? Why resist an asset for liabilities?   Don't get caught up in temporary satisfactions that will leave you hurt at the end of winter. Invest in a long term care partner, one with other assets that are beneficial to your continued growth and livelihood.  Don't get left in the winter storm because you fell in lust with someone who was only temporary; someone who was only around for tax refund season. I'm only 26 years of age; almost everyone I meet, be blown away when I reveal my age and that's because I possess great character traits and carry myself the way a man is suppose to carry himself. Also, I handle all my responsibilities without being asked or told.   I get early 30's a lot, but I'm 42 years old in mind. I can't imagine where my level of knowledge and wisdom will be once I reach my 30's, 40's and beyond. Many people in those age groups are still struggling to find themselves and that's because they haven't invested in themselves. They have been influenced by societies thoughts and actions, instead of their own. They have adopted someone else's identity and have been living that false image. Invest in yourself first, before investing in someone else. Ben Nobbs, stated in his presentation "The Iceberg: How Much Do You See of Any Iceberg?" that, Only 10% of an Iceberg is visible. The remaining 90% is below sea level. How much we can see of an iceberg is the exact same what we can see in other people, 10%.  Majority of the people only reveal 10% of who they are, who they are pretending to be, which is their fake image. Most say love hurts when something least expected happens in a relationship. Yeah it hurts mentally and emotionally, but there's some that believe it's physical. Love is created by spirit and something spiritually created cannot harm us physically. Love comes and goes, you can fall in and out of love with the same person over and over. But when you fall out of love with that person, it doesn't mean that the marathon is over or that it's time to move on, it simply means that you have to tap into your inner spirit and create news ways of loving that individual.  When you become emotionally hurt, it takes love to heal your inner wounds. Have confidence in all that you do even if the outcome doesn't work out as you had planned. That confidence in your mistakes and failures results in success. Extreme failures come to those who don't believe in themselves.  Try not to worry about things/situations that are beyond your control. Worry is harmful and it causes indecision. An undecided mind may lead to an undecided heart and an undecided heart may lead to a form of action that you may not be able to fix.  Clear your mind of worry. Worry can kill you faster than a bullet. Feel your mind with positive thoughts. Positive thoughts create a positive heart and a positive heart creates a successful outcome, especially if you believe in yourself.  - Jameel Davis 

Here's a self assessment exercise for you:  Every morning, enter your bathroom or somewhere in your home where there's a mirror (If you have a body mirror that would be perfect). Before applying make up/foundation, grooming your hair, brushing your teeth and putting on clothes, look in the mirror for a minute or two and repeat "I love you for who you are and I refuse to be controlled by what others think, say and do." Then smile.  The purpose of this exercise is to get you to love yourself and to free yourself.  Many people spend time trying to fit in with society or trying to live up to someone else's standards instead of their own. Loving yourself and refusing to be deployed by the thoughts and actions of others, helps you become self-disciplined and it helps you to live out your purpose.  When given the chance to identify yourself, give your own definition of yourself. Let others know how you perceive yourself and show them that you have ownership of your life.

Remember, before you can make anyone happy, you must make yourself happy. Your happiness reflect on those that are closest to you.  You can't help make your child happy if you aren't happy and you can't help make your significant other happy if you aren't happy. You may express in words that you are fine, okay, happy or doing well, but your body language may tell us something different. Body language make up about 90% of communication. CHI-RAQ is the most powerful movie I've ever seen. It, as well as Spike Lee and every actor in it deserves every award imaginable.  I encourage everyone who take on the role of leadership and education in the black community, to show it in your home, school, church, youth center etc. to inspire our people to create peace and love on one another.  If I had to take on a role in the media, I'll take part in a movie like CHI-RAQ to "Wake Up" my people. So many very important messages were in this Spike Lee masterpiece and everyone should make it their duty to watch it.
