Cross Mentorship is Effective, seeing as guys are more interested in what women have to say and girls are more interested in what men have to say.  There are many guys who have a mother but don't have that nurturing support from their mother. There are many girls with a mother but don't have a father figure. WHY ARE NEW SCHOOL SUPPLIES & UNIFORMS NEEDED FOR A POOR SCHOOL SYSTEM? WHY SHOULD OUR CHILD LOOK GOOD FAILING?  Schools are government funded but our schools have failing grades. Teachers dress up the classrooms out of their own pocket.  Parents spend a ton of money on clothes and supplies, and the completed classwork, quizzes, exams, projects and homework handed out by the teachers still put our children in the bottom percentile.  It's unfair that we punish our children for getting poor grades in a school system that is already failing. Stop the abuse, it's not them, it's the system.
