Kelsha Unique,  Hey, what would you tell a young, broke, but educated, Black girl, trying to concour all her frears and doubts, and follow her dreams, after prolonging then for so long. Willing to travel all the way across town, with only about 200$ in her pockets and her Book full of Lyrics, and I amazing idea, no finalized plan because so many different outcomes could happen. What advice would you give. Please 🙂😟 Jameel Davis,  Good Afternoon, I would first tell her that, one of the biggest causes of failure is procrastination and another cause is waiting on the approval of others. When you have your mind set to achieve something, you achieve it without waiting on anything. Success comes to those who aren't afraid of failure and those who aren't afraid to take risk. It's the other side of fear that allows you to attract everything you desire and failure allows you to see what you've done wrong, so that you can correct it and do right the next time. Addressing Teachers and Staff at Inner City Schools About Creating A Positive and Efficient Learning Environment for Students.  Discuss the stresses students have about their teachers, their environment, and home:  Teachers and everyone else think they know what’s best for us when they don’t, because they never ask us for our input and they are always making decisions for us. Decisions that don’t correspond to our needs. We don’t have a voice.  Our home and environment isn’t appealing and is poor. We attend schools that are poor so why should we be inspired to learn? Most educational institutions don't meet the need of the students but rather make the students tend to their needs of making their job easier. Which is not right, because the students are the reason they are employed. Just like in business, customers are the reason employees have a job. When we learn, we don't learn what works best for us, but what works best for our teachers. Us males including females aren't going to be receptive to educators who can't resonate with us. Each student have different learning styles and which means there have to be a different approach, especially one that inspires them to behave and learn. No one could force me to be still in a classroom, with an instructor teaching me something I'm not inspired by. #TheMiseducation So I'm going to act out.  Another reason we act out is because boys have a lot of testoster
